“I was standing in the trade part of the store. Diane gave me a wee shout saying she would be right with me as well as another member of staff only about a minute later. Very busy and they were trying so hard to deal with everyone. Diane even remembered my name before I got to the checkout. Its nice when nice people are about. Speaking of nice, Hey Screwfix, it would be nice if you maybe gave them another member of staff. :) Thank you. Back up today for more things. Another great person to deal with was Thomas. All the staff in fact in this store have been brilliant. Great team of people.”

“I just wanted to say a big thank you for my order on Christmas Day. As always, it was beautiful. I decided not to cook for the family this year and ordered our Christmas dinner in.
