The member of staff that dealt with me fitted me in to their schedule, quoted for the repair then proceeded to do the work. I was in and out within 30 minutes, and the work needed was as quoted. In addition, they checked and reset all my tyres and gave me a free report and video of the work (nothing needed, all fine). Excellent service and very welcoming staff.”

The garage might not be pretty, but they are honest, fair, do a good job and are always looking to get your car back to you asap. And it’s not just about the servicing. It’s the small touches that really count. For example, recently I have had 2 issues (1 with my car today and one with my wife’s about 6 weeks ago). Both big issues in our eyes. Called the guys. On both accounts, they told me to bring the car in right away. Within 30min on each occasion, they sorted it. Not to get paid…just lovely and surprising customers service in the motor trade that I forgot existed. That’s the sort of touches that I remember and will always make me come back to these guys first. If you are looking for a local, long term motoring service partner and will ‘have your back’ in times of motoring stress, then defo give these guys a call.
