“Just want to give a big shout out too Billie the swimming instructor that works with my son Logan! He started with her in October last year terrified of the water after a drowning scare. Every week he has a lesson and we are now on holiday and he is in the pool non stop, jumping in, swimming under water and even diving which he was struggling with before we came. I cannot thank you enough for giving him the confidence to do all of this! So a massive thank you for everything you do.”

“Such a glorious way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday. Lucy was welcoming, friendly and informative; you feel instantly welcomed like a friend and in good hands when it comes to the cold water plunge. I booked a 90 minute session which was perfect to get 2 plunges in with a really good sweat on. I’m so looking forward to a restful night sleep tonight now that my mind and body is calm. Sorry I didn’t take photos, I left my phone in the car so I could properly switch off, watch Mr Heron fly by, read my book and listen to the water. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Lucy! X”

Spoke to Becky who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and claimed to have used much of the equipment personally. Ended up ordering a Bodymax commercial half rack, dumbell rack, olympic bar, plates and a plyo box - for my home gym. Becky ensured the order went through in time for next day delivery despite being shipped from two warehouses. Everything arrived on time the next day as expected, very pleased with everything and will definitely be using again.”
