“Muffin Break was always lovely when upstairs but since the relocation, they've upped their game yet again! A larger unit, more space, plenty of seating, bright lighting compared to the past business, a vast majority of cakes and muffins, as well as a wide range of hot food, including full breakfasts on the menu! Plenty of staff, all friendly and approachable. Excellent customer service as always. Can't credit this place enough, thoroughly recommended. A caramel latte muffin and large takeaway mocha displayed in the photo. A hidden gem to East Kilbride town centre, part of the future renovation. Will be back in the very near future. “Jasmine Inn is my favourite Chinese since moving close by. Good for price and delicious. I typically order to collect and it’s always ready for me arriving. Staff are so friendly too! They give you the price on the phone so you know exactly how much to expect. Salt and chilli munchie box is our favourite as a starter, it’s the perfect size and comes with a sauce. When ordering Chinese I don’t doubt I will get it from here.”

“Sat in today at Pepes East Kilbride, was a very pleasant visit today. I had asked for extra sauce in the rice box and they definitely delivered. Additionally the chicken in the burger was very soft and well-cooked. Staff at front were lovely. Will be back soon”

I've enjoyed the food and equality important the service. The restaurant is spotlessly clean including the toilet facilities.. I would genuinely recommend a visit . Pop along to spice in East Kilbride village, you won't be disappointed”

“My wife and I visited here recently. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The decor is classy yet comfortable. We ordered our food, and when it came relatively fast. The food tasted as good as it looked and vegetables were perfectly cooked. The food and drinks were priced adequately, and everything came under 50 pounds. I would recommend visiting this place. We were pleasantly surprised, and I'm sure other people will enjoy it as much as we did.”

“Originally my husband and I ordered from the Richmond Chinese on Stroud Road, however, due to poor service we tried Sizzling Wok via a neighbours recommendation. It's the best Chinese Takeaway I've ever triea. Delicious, Chinese food, not too expensive and given its takeaway we order on a Saturday evening - the waiting time of 20-40 minutes is fabulous. We wouldn't go anywhere else now in East Kilbride for Chinese takeaway.”

“Just spent two fantastic days at the Torrance Hotel, celebrating my Son’s Wedding, everything was amazing the venue and attention to detail was spot on, the staff throughout the hotel were all just lovey and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, the meal at the Wedding reception was delicious as was the food we had in the restaurant, I have had many messages from friends & family saying what a fantastic day they all had, all complementing on the meal and the hotel in general. I would highly recommend this hotel as a Wedding Venue, or even for a visit to the restaurant, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Local to us but hadn’t tried their restaurant before - though seen good things online! We were in the regular restaurant as Sidings wasn’t open so we’ll be back to try that. It was midweek during the day and wasn’t busy. Service was quick and we were checked in on regularly. They have a good Market Menu Monday - Friday, 12pm - 4pm. We went for 2 courses for £14.95. Drinks are reasonably priced too. Went for the haggis fritters to start and the fish and chips for the main - really tasty and quick to come out!”

Service was great walked in at 17:10 and was out the door by 17:20, running like a well oiled machine, even with there being at least 10 orders in-front of myself when walking in at one of the busiest times of the week. “Visited one of the newly refurbished Belhaven pubs and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The refurbishment has really transformed the space — warm, welcoming and full of character. The staff were outstanding, friendly and attentive throughout, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was spot on. A great example of a pub done right. I’ll definitely be back.”
