I was trying to pick up 60inch TV with my toddler daughter myself (and pregnant) Neil noticed i was myself and didnt hesitate to help me get it in the car, which after trying everything, it didnt fit so he called a delivery driver who had just pulled in, who then followed me home in the van to deliver the TV. His dedication and willingness to help were far beyond what was expected and really helped me out that evening so thanks Neil! Appreciated it”
