I was helped by a very friendly guy, who said he usually works in the stockroom, but was helping out in front of house, and had excellent footwear knowledge. I think th lady's names Wad jamielee she's was incredible the help she gave was great my daughter is very veey slim and wanted a beige skirt they didn't have her size but a age 10 in the khaki. She found the skirt let my daughter try it on and found the smaller size online. Very helpful very lovely woman and can't thank her enough. 10/10 for her amazing customer service Thank you”

I was looking online for shoes and every pair that I looked at online, for every branch they said Out of Stock but then when I went in to the store in Braehead most pairs I was interested in had been in stock, great patient staff going back and forward made me buy a few pairs when initially was only in for 1 pair. Poor show for the website and thumbs up for the staff at the store.”
