“Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. My girlfriend introduced me to grill guru and it’s honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had! The guru special burger is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life no exaggeration! Better than five guys! The loaded fries are unreal too and I called up once and asked to switch the sauce to garlic sauce and they did it. Good prices and honestly cannot recommend enough! Really don’t understand all these bad reviews”

“An excellent experience. The food is fresh, very well cooked and full of flavour – far beyond my expectations for a takeaway. You can clearly feel the care for quality and for the customers. It is a family business and this is seen in the way the people are treated: kind, respectful and very well organised. The children who take the orders are extremely resourceful, smart and polite – a rare example. I recommend with all confidence and I will definitely return. It deserves many more positive reviews.”

“Tried to order of uber eats with a voucher... but no drivers for delivery... yet when I ordered of just eats at full price, they had a driver. Ordered the 12" meat feast munchie box, chips were soft, and guessing lots of small chips ( must of been bottom of bag), meat was enjoyable, chicken was good, not to crispy.... salad was brown and looked old and was not eatable. Nan bread was quite good. Delivery was fast and went ok, with no problems. I would order it again, it was good value for money , and would recommend it.”

Aaron at store phoned we to let me know what happened, and could not have been more apologetic - as the store was now out of stock of many of the items to redo it. He was upfront and honest.which I appreciated. I have also since spoken with Patrick, the manager of the store, to chase up the refund. Once again, I have been impressed by his customer service and desire to resolve the issue. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan, but I have been impressed with both Aaron and Patrick in trying to put things right, especially when they were not at fault, and will continue to order from this store in future”

“Don’t know why the reviews of this place are so hit or miss? We had a meal tonight delivered and really enjoyed it! Delivery was fast, crispy chilli chicken was lovely and so was beef in black bean sauce. Curry sauce had more of a gravy type consistency which i understand might not be for everyone but I really enjoyed it. Definitely will order again.”

“Absolutely fantastic range of food from poppadoms to pakora to pizza and the finest meals. The staff are smiling from the moment you open the door to the minute you leave. It helps if you know what you want when you go in or call for a delivery, as there is so much choice that you could be there all night thinking will this be the night I have one of those fantastic hoagies or the magnificent burgers or will I spoil myself on the ice cream. Do yourself a favour and order anything from this shop, you won't regret it and if you get a delivery the drivers are fast and friendly. Go on, treat yourself”
