It occured to me that, while I do stand up for them to those people I've never left a review I absolutely can't fault my surgery. I've never felt unheard and every member of staff I've ever dealt with has been so helpful. I've always had tests I've needed (which has found precancerous cells twice - which had they not sent me for the tests might have been missed) for this I am so grateful. I've always felt they listen to me. The new appointment system is actually so great, I've used it twice, I've not needed an appointment because my descriptions and photos have been enough for the doctor to send a prescription. All done within about an hour if filling out the form. As well as my own health, they've been really great with my daughter. When she was a tiny baby she had a cows milk allergy and the nurse practitioner we saw immediately prescribed formula for it. Nothing is ever too much and I don't think people leave positive reviews enough, people are quick to complain but not to compliment!”
