In any case, I often come to this shop and find everything I need. Also, there is a toilet in the shop. This can be a real lifesaver when it's raining and you want to go to the toilet.”

“A small Boots pharmacy branch with a team of friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and plastic screens have been installed on the tills to protect customers and the staff. I've always had a positive experience whenever I've been in to collect a prescription.”

“Good variety of stock, but of course the "everything is a pound" sales pitch is long gone thanks to the pandemic and inflation etc. The prices are still incredibly competitive compared to the supermarkets and other shops etc.”

They have also added self checkout stations to help with contactless shopping which is a brilliant addition to this store which is very well located on trinity. They do also have staff on the tills if you prefer to checkout that way. Staff are always polite and friendly. They have been and still are doing a great job throughout this pandemic. At busy times a staff member is keeping the number of shoppers in store quite low with staff on the door. Good sized store but only issue is that parking isn't very close by if you are disabled.”

“Cheap and cheerful. Bought the granddaughter some early reading books, at £1 each you can go wrong. Don't be filled into thinking it's just cheap stuff, there are plenty of great things at low prices.”

“Lovely place clean and tidy pleasant staff I always find everything I need here for my little fur babies. Not as loud as busy as the main road store which I love. If their pet supplies are low the shop next door does the trick. Plus a Maccies on the way out goes down a treat. Love this little shopping area of ours x”

“Can’t recommend the cafe in this garden centre highly enough. My granddaughter never fails to clean her plate when we bring her here for lunch - the food is always freshly cooked and of the highest quality. The staff are friendly and polite - we visited today and had a toddler and a frail elderly pensioner in a wheel chair- there was no tables free on the lower floor and we thought we were going to have to try and man handle my father out of his wheel chair and onto the mezzanine - Keren came to our rescue and instantly made room for us in a more accessible spot - I can’t thank her enough she was so kind and considerate . She is a credit to her employers and I know this can’t one off as she has offered help on the past when we’ve been struggling. This kind of service is the reason we make the trip regularly from Mexborough - not an easy journey but the service is worth it !!! Love the garden centre too!”

Uber messed my order up and didn’t deliver and I was furious but when I called Leanne she handled the call with amazing customer service and even though the Uber driver wouldn’t deliver, Leanne went out of her way to get me my shopping by delivering it herself after her shift was over! Leanne is a credit to Coop and should be recognised because she truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue that Uber had made happen. Huge thank you from me Leanne, thanks Nicki ☺️”
