Cafe in Harrogate

“What an amazing little restaurant/cafe. Don't know why, always thought it was French when walking by but curiously stopped by peeking in at the pastry.... To my surprise its a wholly Moroccan affair. Had to stop for an expresso and a pastry and I won't lie, I'm going to have to come back to try the breakfasts.... And then the lunch..... And then the dinners! Super friendly, warm atmosphere with lovely smelling food! -Edit- Have now been for lunch and can confirm the prices are hella reasonable, the food delicious and seemingly all home made! Highly recommended!”

“I recently stayed at the Hotel du Vin while travelling for work, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The room was generously sized, beautifully presented, and impeccably clean. Breakfast was of a very high standard, with excellent quality and variety. What truly distinguished my stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by Adrian. His warm manner and willingness to assist made every request feel effortless. I would highly recommend the Hotel du Vin to anyone seeking a refined and comfortable stay in Harrogate.”

“Such a fantastic place to have a party. They do everything for you and make this such a brilliant party. The party planner was incredible with the children and took all the stress off me. We had a large party of 33 and all the children said how much they enjoyed it. I would absolutely recommend Kidzplay for a party!”

“I took my little boy this morning and the staff were brilliant with him. Two tickets for a toddlers showing for £6 .. bargain. Clean seats, good toilet facilities and good snacks available. Keep the original odeon going.”

“Family dinner time round at my sisters and yet again, my plan to go to the royal baths Chinese was thwarted by my brother in law! This time, we went to PIZZA PIZZA, which he told me was recently voted “Yorkshires best pizza”. The food was actually pretty excellent and perfect if you’re a big greedy boy like me. The portions are very generous and everyone enjoyed it. Whilst I think it’s perhaps not the best pizza in yorkshire, it’s certainly the best in that part of Harrogate.”

“I have been coming to Helena now for nearly 2 years as I felt my hair needed some TLC. It wasn’t growing and kept breaking. My hair is in so much better condition now. It is growing, looks healthy, the cut is always great and I get lots of comments of how lovely it looks. Helena is amazing and I would highly recommend coming to see her! Thanks Helena ❤️”

“Very attractive coffee shop, small from outside but more seating inside plus nice outside seating as well. Perfectly made flat white plus good custard tart. Lots of regulars, have WiFi. Clean and smart. Would visit again and recommend”

“Was hoping to leave a restaurant review but it seems to have defaulted to the accommodation (which we didn't use!) The food was freshly made and highly enjoyable. Not a fancy restaurant, but like going to a friends house who enjoys cooking!”

“Had a fabulous meal at Mykonos. It's a long time since since we have had Greek food, either in Greece or the UK, and we were excited to try it. The moussaka and lamb kleftiko did not disappoint! Delicious desserts, great atmosphere and very efficient and welcoming staff. We're sorry we're only staying for one night in Harrogate as we would definitely make this a regular choice of restaurant.”

The simplicity, smiles and the love shared from the staff is absolutely astonishing. Had breakfast with a friend visiting from Germany, we both loved the place and the idea behind it. “Such an incredible and unique experience! We loved the caves - they are breathtaking. Lovely little caffe and a great gift shop too! The staff are great and helpful. Definitely plan in advance how you will get here - if you are relying on public transport it would be best to sort that out first before booking! Great for an array of ages although some spaces can be quite tight and you have to bend over quite a bit (I’m about 5’5) - so that is just something to keep in mind. However for all who are fit and able, I highly recommend a visit :)”

“We hired the top floor of Deliziosa for our wedding reception and had a fantastic evening. The staff worked with our vendors to set up the space before our arrival and everything looked perfect. Food was delicious (and generous portions!) and we had dedicated staff to serve drinks etc throughout the evening. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and they really made the day special. Would definitely recommend if you have your own celebration coming up!”

“Great little cafe perfect for brunch with a wide enough menu selection. Turkish eggs are a popular choice and very delicious. Id definitely go again to try more of the menu!”

“We found Major Tom's Social to be very welcoming. They serve a wide selection of good beers and play an eclectic selection of music. They only have a small food menu. However, the food is so good they don't need a wider range. We felt that a lot of thought went into the food and drink offers.”

“Fantastic dinner and atmosphere. We had a reservation for the outside canopy and it was a brilliant cosy dinner. Felt like home with the radiators and the blankets. It would be nice to have more tapa options but the ones we had were spot on. Recommend it !”

“We have been going to Delikata for over a year now and every time we go the food just gets better and better. All the food is made in house by Natalya and her team and we have eaten lots of Lithuania food that has blown us away. Well done and keep up the good work. Oh and the coffee is brilliant too.”
