“I took my phone for a new screen having taken it to someone else first. The previous person had put a new screen on but sad it was faulty and they would have to get me another, the screen was just black. I decided to go elsewhere and took it to The Phone Doctor when he took the screen off there was glue everywhere and it was in a bit of mess. He put me a new screen on but it still didn't work this was because the glue had got into the phone. The Phone Doctor cleaned all the inside and managed to get it working all at no extra cost. I can't thank him enough for making right someone else's problem and would highly recommend their services. Thank you.”

“Incredible commitment towards fixing a very peculiar issue that I had with my PC. After countless visits by Dave he solved a problem I was having with my PC auto restarting and freezing. Checked every last possible problem with my hardware and concluded the issue was down to a faulty wireless card. I can't recall how many times Dave went out of his way to come over and help me with my PC and I highly doubt any other repair service could provide the same level of satisfaction and quality of commitment and service. “What a find!! They provided an outstanding service to replace an intergrated fridge freezer and repair/attach a door on an intergrated washer. These were jobs that many others had declined because they were a bit "tricky". Billy in the shop & Yusuf and the young man who carried out the installation were first class AND they did everything they said they would in literally a couple of days. “I often buy my gadgets from Cash Generator. Not just for me but my family also. If possible I will always go to the one located in Castleford. Although it's not so close to me the people there are always very friendly and know their stuff. No-one more so than Troy. I was there again today and was helped by both Lewis and Troy and they are a great act with great affability but we generally go to see Troy as he is so knowledgeable, will always give honest, fair and easy to understand advice. I value his opinion greatly and has never steered me wrong. My kids love him as he is "funny". I very rarely write reviews as I never know how well they are perceived. In fact less than 10 my whole life I think. Good service requires good reviews. I want this to be seen as a fantastic review if only to mirror the service I received today. I always recommend Cash Generators over the other similar stores purely for the great value and honest reliable stock. Not forgetting the easy atmosphere. Many thanks once again guys.”

The two women on the counter were very pleasant and did their best to help and then I had a chat with Lee and he is a guru and knew exactly what I was after! Fitted the items the same afternoon with few issues. Would recommend without hesitation. UPDATE - 26/08. Having decided to try my arm at fitting a bath I called in Screwfix on Saturday morning for some tap-copper pipe connectors (yes, my plumbing knowledge hasn't improved!) Fin did an excellent job in picking out what I needed, even after I bamboozled him with the size of pipe connector I was after (I measured circumference as I haven't sawn them yet!). Anyway, top nodge work from Fin, a credit to Screwfix. Thank you.”

Went this time to buy two shopping trolleys for doing our shopping, as not able to carry bags very well, but can pull a trolley. Very well made and did what it said on the tin, robust and not bad for £9.99 each. Everyone friendly and helpful.”
