“Incredible commitment towards fixing a very peculiar issue that I had with my PC. After countless visits by Dave he solved a problem I was having with my PC auto restarting and freezing. Checked every last possible problem with my hardware and concluded the issue was down to a faulty wireless card. I can't recall how many times Dave went out of his way to come over and help me with my PC and I highly doubt any other repair service could provide the same level of satisfaction and quality of commitment and service. Went this time to buy two shopping trolleys for doing our shopping, as not able to carry bags very well, but can pull a trolley. “Called in at the weekend needing some help for some bathroom work and the staff were excellent. The two women on the counter were very pleasant and did their best to help and then I had a chat with Lee and he is a guru and knew exactly what I was after! Fitted the items the same afternoon with few issues. Would recommend without hesitation. UPDATE - 26/08. Having decided to try my arm at fitting a bath I called in Screwfix on Saturday morning for some tap-copper pipe connectors (yes, my plumbing knowledge hasn't improved!) Fin did an excellent job in picking out what I needed, even after I bamboozled him with the size of pipe connector I was after (I measured circumference as I haven't sawn them yet!). Anyway, top nodge work from Fin, a credit to Screwfix. Thank you.”

His product knowledge was excellent as was the service I received. The product was delivered the following day as promised.
