“A fantastic service from an extremely kind engineer :) John responded within a couple of hours to my phone call regarding a fault with my combi-boiler that was tripping out the electricity to all the house socket outputs. He kept to precisely to the suggested appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The complete solution needed an electrician, but he provided a safe interim fix that enabled us to continue to use the boiler and keep our electricity on! The charge was also extremely reasonable.
