“On a weekend break I called into Yorkshire Runner to enquire about Hoka Clifton 9 shoes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size and informed me a new model was being released. I tried on a few other pairs to get the correct size. They then checked online to see if they could size order a pair in my size. Thankfully they could. They covered postage to send them to me in Northern Ireland. The staff were extremely helpful and the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend calling into Yorkshire Runner if you ate in the Otley area.”

“Stumbled across Jenson Samuel whilst visiting from South London...my fiance and I weren't looking for a specific type of suit but fell in love with this Bromley Green suit and Mark D'Arcy waistcoat that James put him in. Who was brilliant by the way! Knew immediately what size my fiance was, and the suit fit perfectly! We felt no pressure to buy at the time, as we may have needed a small alteration on the length of the trousers. But James gave us all the correct measurements for each item and said to order online. Which was perfect because we got to shop around and take some time before deciding that this was the perfect suit for him! I mean just look at the happiness on his face when he tried it on! Also, George who I emailed regarding his suit was also very helpful!”

“Would never use a different suit shop. The customer service here is outstanding. Visited here twice in the last 6 months and both times being so impressed with the help we received in store, totally takes the hassle out of a potentially very stressful situation of finding the right suit LOL!! Further to this my sons suit went missing ( got delivered to the wrong house, nowhere to be seen!!) Liam the store manager is a total diamond, again totally took the stress out of the situation and went above and beyond to help me. On return find out that exchange or returns are not avelible as things coming from Spain ( wasn't informed about this in day when bought it ).. “We had a great experience purchasing our Groom & Groomsman’s suits from Bridgewater Menswear. We had an initial appointment to look and try on a range of suits. Once we had found the perfect suit we had another appointment for the fittings. The whole experience was smooth and the quality of the suits were excellent lots of positive comments from our guests! Their shop is in great location and we loved the industrial vibe in there. Conor was very knowledgeable and friendly helping us along the way! The suits arrived in plenty of time and easy to pick up. “Jeff West shoes shop I have large broad feet that are 12 inches in size. But I like slim fitting designer shoes. I have been struggling for years to find pairs of shoes that are comfortable and stylish. I have visited all the major chain stores for a pair of shoes but struggled to find what I wanted. By accident I walked past Jeff West at first site the shoes in the window did not look like the styles that suited me. On entering the shop I was greated by friendly male shop assistant who listen to me and my problems. He recommended some shoes and explain the design of the shoes allows for my needs. So i was surprised when i tried a pair of shoes on that fitted me like a glove. I will be going back for another pair so can recommended the Jeff West men's shoe shop to men who have large feet who want to remain stylish. Sinks”
