“I traveled to this store for return the item because Forster square Bradford store refused to help me, so I have been to this store and there was few customers was already in queue and after dealing with them they returned my item without any question and hardly it did take 2 minutes but I have had bit friendly chat with the member of staff they was friendly and helpful, I could say the staff of this store is trained and they know how to deal with customers.”

“My companion experienced an incident at the store on the day I came in (20.12.2023), and the staff were extremely supportive of us. They called in the Mall's First Aid Team and Security and kindly brought in a screen to ensure privacy and dignity. Great range of clothes, and really cool styles. I had to contact them regarding items to return as I float between sizes and they were very helpful and understanding. Returns process worked well. Would defo recommend!”

Navigating around was easy using the signs and I purchased a leopard plant on offer for just £3, buying it at one of the many tills. “Excellent customer service from a young gentleman called Spike. He was very helpful and was more than happy to help. However the lady that served us at the till was quite the opposite a lady with blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the team leader. Asked her where we could find men’s joggers and she replied in a rude manner saying she doesn’t work in that department and couldn’t help. Surely she doesn’t just stand at that till for the full shift Wasn’t happy when we asked for a paper receipt gave a loud sigh and went to get it I was not happy with the customer service she gave today”

“First time buyer, Got lucky i guess.. ordered the new air max 1 86 big bubble on the day of release , sold out immediately everywhere. But they had one in my size so I went for it,( 2 minutes later they sold out ) received my item 3 days later double boxed (was the most important to me) and the perfect shoes !! Absolutely happy with my order!!! BUT reading others reviews I’m not sure i will risk it to buy again from them … lol”
