“A great place to spend a morning or afternoon. Free parking and lots of walks and trails to enjoy. Staff were really friendly and enthusiastic, and (shoutout to Elizabeth!) gave us a basic run down of the history of the house and the story of Bagshaw on arrival which was a lovely touch! Three rooms to explore downstairs and three rooms upstairs, my favourite being the Eygpt room! Entry is free, and gift shop is reasonably priced.”

“Several function rooms for private hire at reasonable rates. Great decor. Two new bars. Warm welcome. Disabled facilities throughout. Also open for ballroom dancing, fitness dancing, singing for fun, theatre group, quiz etc.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night as a lone traveller and my dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms and hotels were cleaned to a high standard. The stay was made by meeting Dawn, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming and made me feel safe and looked after since I was on my own. She literally couldn't have done any more to help me and my dog out. Thank you so much for the giggles too.”
