The BW team responded to my emails promptly whilst for the others I needed to wait on average between 1-3 days for a reply. They managed my expectations the best with clear updates each step of the way. I also found that BW's team were by far the most technically knowledgeable, and their inventory the widest. I needed to have my items delivered to Singapore and BW's workflow for international orders were extremely fast and efficient. I'm from Asia where customer service is provided efficiently 24/7 but unfortunately we may not have the best quality across all products yet which is why I had to source for premium hardware from the UK. My experiences dealing with UK companies were revealing but thankfully salvaged by the excellent standards maintained by Brass Works. Thank you, Abdullah!”
