“The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10”

“Bridge Garage handled my "problem" car, which had been stood for 12 months, and had a seized bonnet release, flat battery and rusted brakes. They recovered the car, fixed the bonnet release, replaced the battery and front springs, MOT tested it, sorted a few other bits and bobs, and re-tested it. At all times, they were professional and friendly. Communication was good, and they worked to minimise the cost to me. I wish I'd discovered these guys years ago. I'll definitely use them again.”

“You always receive a personal service and Paul explains all options available to you. Having had one car repaired thus far it is irrefutable that the quality of repair is that good a prestige dealer was unable to notice the repair. Genuine parts used and attention to detail is second to none. Whilst most insurers try and tie you to their approved repairers, the waiting time ( I found) was months rather than weeks. I have been unfortunate to have a few cars repaired by insurers so called experts and experienced poor fitting and different colours. I would highly recommend B&P RHODES to anyone who requires repair.”

“Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler.
