James, Tracey, Urvi, Saffron & Kelly - thank you for providing my mum with such delightful and exceptional service. You guys were absolutely brilliant and we couldn't have had any better service. “This MOT centre went far above and beyond helping me out during a short trip to Broughton Astley. Had a couple of warning lights come on during the 3hr drive up, was worried about the EML in case it was a bad one. Despite being closed, they asked me to come in and they'd help me out. Mechanic (didn't get name I'm afraid...) was up to his neck in workload, but still took the time to help me out, ran the diagnostics, gave me a full breakdown of the implications, and helped me make sure I could still get home in time. They didn't have to take the time to help me, but still did. Really friendly and knowledgable. If it wasn't a 3hr drive away, I'd use over my garage at home!”
