When I collected my car, as the tyres were a challenge for the technicians to remove, one technician was double checking the new ones were seated correctly before I drove the vehicle away. I really appreciate this attention to detail and care given the tyres are the only thing in contact with the road when driving. “If I could give 10 stars I would. I came across Dharmesh purely by chance and to tell you how grateful I am for that is a massive understatement. I had a glow plug that had sheared off during removal leaving me in a predicament with my van off the road. I must have phoned and tried 10 or so different people/mechanics to do the job and I couldn't find anyone willing to take it on. Every call was met with good luck finding someone to do it. Dharmesh was the only one I found willing and confident enough to carry the job as it was a specialist procedure. Dharmesh definitely knows his trade and even when the job was proving more difficult & a much greater challenge than normal ,he carried on regardless and manged to get me back on the road.
