The store is situated in the High cross shopping centre, Leicester on the upper floor and has a wheelchair accessible entrance. The sales person was extremely polite and well informed. I also paid a little extra for my boots to be specially treated in a machine, which protects them and purchased leather wax. The total cost was £128 and they are worth every penny.”
