“Hi, I've just been to the spar at kitt green and I made a awful mistake, I thought the lady had given me ten pounds change to little, she was so sweet and had to stop serving and check her till and boom I'd forgotten I'd got a 12 book of stamps and I was so embarrassed and she was very kind. I don't know her name but thank you for your patience.”

“Very vast range of toys and other products in here, displayed very well - especially the Lego section, some decent prices on the footballs, reminded me of going to toys r us as a kid, hope smyths stays open for this generation of kids and those after.”

“Bought an electric toothbrush with Tesco vouchers. It stopped charging , despite trying different cables and sockets. Took it to the help desk and a wonderful woman called Abigail went above and beyond what I had expected or could have hoped for. I had no reciept and was three months out in the date & Abigail found it on the till. She agreed the brush was faulty and offered an exchange, which was exactly what I had hoped for but thought it unlikely. The exchange was complicared because we had used Tesco vouchers. She sorted that and got the vouchers replaced. There were more complications which she also sorted. She deserves a medal for her patience and understanding.”

“Went in for some dettol spray after looking on amazon seeing it was hyper inflated to about a tenner a bottle. Popped in and there it was, £1.69 as it says on the bottle. Absolutely no profiteering here just normal prices. Not many shops are doing that. Good on you”
