“I have not visited ANY dentist for over 10years, probably closer to 15 years through sheer fear... Many bad experiences in the past had put me off going, recently I was in that much pain and no amount of pain relief was helping that I called The Towerhill Dentist. The lady on reception was so kind and understanding I was given an appointment and was reassured that the dentist I seen would be considerate of my nerves and fears.... Well I was introduced to Xin, and I can not praise her enough.... she was so kind, gentle and talked me through what needed to be done. She put my mind at ease and said she would work at my pace and if things got too much she would stop.... I went back for 3 fillings and I was booked in for more next week, one of my broken teeth has been extremely painful for 3 days and this morning I just couldn’t take it anymore. I called up at 11.15am, was given an emergency apt at 11.40am and not only am I pain free with the offending tooth out Xin made it a nice experience! YES I’ve just said it was NICE to go the dentist.... This girl has changed my life in 3 visits..... I can not thank Xin and the amazing staff at this practice, they truly are amazing..... 5*****”
