βAs visitors to the area with our beloved dogs, we were deeply concerned when our elderly dog had a seizure so far from home. We were able to get her seen at the practice at short notice. The staff were very kind and the vet that saw our dog was very good. He gave her a pretty good 'MOT' and prescribed medication for her which we could then just call and ask for more of if necessary. We're relieved we were able to get our lovely dog seen so promptly by such a kind veterinary practice.β

βWe had to sadly attend on a Sunday morning emergency with our boy Kolo. He was very unwell, but PDSA and the vet and veterinary nurse were just amazing. We had to put kolo to sleep, but they were so kind and considerate and everything I had always dreaded happening never happened. It was so peaceful and kind and humane, I will appreciate that vet forever. Thank youβ
βHaving changed to Sandymoor Vets 12 months ago its the best thing I ever did! The girls in reception are always friendly & helpful nothing is too much trouble. There is an excellent professional team of Vets who make everyone feel at ease. Alaska loves Becky and we always have a stress free visit. With other vets I always felt it was money orientated but not with Sandymoor. They are the bestβ

βSaw my dog as a same day emergency when he was unable to walk and in a lot of pain, my pets werenβt under their care at the time. My own vets wouldnβt see us for two weeks but Medivet billinge fit us in and were excellent. Have since moved both my dogs here and have seen my nervous / vet aggressive dog a couple of times as an emergency and are very patient, caring and flexible.β
βOn my visit I saw Andrew who I usually see as I prefer continuity of care. Ruby had a lump which had been checked and had started to grow so needed further investigation before removal. Andrew referred Ruby for a CT scan and subsequently an operation. Ruby has recently had op and is in recovery stage so hopefully all will be well. Andrew us always professional, cares about his patients and provides an excellent service.β
βOur Bichon Poppy has been seen by Rohan since she was a tiny puppy, and sheβs now 10 years old. Heβs such a caring person and an amazing vet, we feel lucky to have found him and always feel Poppy is in good hands with him. Poppy is quite nervous at the vets and itβs really helped that Rohan has always taken such care with her and tried to keep appointments as stress free as possible. As owners we have always found him so approachable and always willing to explain everything in simple terms, which is so reassuring when Poppy is ill.β
βA great experience at NW vet specialists. Mabel came to see Ed and the team after having a failed operation to rectify an operation when she was 1 year old. Needless to say I was fearing the worst after the experiences we have had. Ed was hopeful a TPLO would work and spent time checking this would be best for her due to her history. As a very over protective dog mum I was understandably anxious about another operation however Mabel was well looked after and was soon home for her recovery journey. We had to attend due to a wound issue and they promptly admitted her for the day and looked after me very well whilst I waited for her. The team have been on hand on the phone when needed for reassurance and the ladies on reception are absolute gems. Mabel is making steady progress and has her spark back after so long struggling. And all being well she will fully recover and be back to her 5am wake ups for her morning long walk. I wish we had been under your care years ago !β
βLovely visit yet again, everybody so caring. Peggy was too interested in who and what was in the waiting room rather than her new sloth...!β
βVillage vets Crosby are always there when needed. Amazing practice . ALL the staff are amazing. Christine the vet was exceptional as usual . We wouldnβt take our dogs anywhere else. Thank you Village Vets Crosby .β

βWe have been with White Cross Vets for 8 years, 1 year at West Derby and 7 years at St Helens. We have always had exceptional service from both branches. We canβt thank White Cross Vets enough for the incredible care and compassion they gave to our beautiful boy, Salem. We found out in February he sadly had cancer and we recently lost him flying over the rainbow bridge. A special thank you to Radka. There are no words big enough to express our gratitude. From the very beginning she was gentle, kind, and so loving with Salem. It was clear she genuinely cared about him, and her empathy and warmth brought us comfort during the most heartbreaking time. She treated him like he mattered, like he was more than just a pet and that meant everything to us. Losing Salem has left a huge hole in our hearts, but we will always remember the love and dignity he was given at the end. Thank you, Radka and everyone at White Cross Vets for being there for him and for us. Weβll never forget your kindness.β

βThe best vet practice ever.. Wern Vets have always been fantastic with our animals. We have had equine, poultry, dog and cat care from Wern Vets, and all have been exemplary. So professional, efficient, kind and caring to both our animals and us, way beyond what is expected... Every part of their care has always been above and beyond. We couldn't speak more highly of them. Zoe & Kyle.β
