“We asked Steve to look at our kitchen, at least in part, because twenty years earlier he had sorted my parents kitchen out. Twenty years on, there was not a lot wrong with it still. He looked and put that extra bit of imagination into the planning, sorted out those details which had been niggling at me, came up with options and showed me his train of thought in coming up with a design we all agreed upon. He gave us an estimate of how long before he could start- always a little tricky, as unexpected issues on another job can put everyone's calendar out of alignment- but it was realistic, and he made good on that. He gave us a realistic expected finish date, and even managed to rig things up in our garage, so we could have hot food in February, without resorting to take away! The guys who did the work were a fantastic crew, all knew what they were up to and did their jobs cheerfully and well. The finished kitchen has been wonderful to work in. It is so much easier to do stuff in a kitchen which really functions. At a year and a half later I am still loving my kitchen. Special bonus, Steve is now almost part of the family. Thanks Steve, and thanks everyone involved.”

“We had quotes and plans from two other high street providers and one bespoke provider. Then we went to Howdens. The staff were the best, they listened to what we wanted and provided it!! They were so helpful and friendly without being pushy. Thanx to Stuart and the staff for our fabulous kitchen. Soft close doors and drawers as standard, lovely internal cupboards. Gorgeous pantry with lighting. We are so chuffed. I would definitely recommend Howdens. The cherry on the cake was the price. Howdens were literally £000's less than than other providers. Delivery was as planned. Amazing service!!”

“Mark is the best landlord because he is very relaxed and let's his customers enjoy a nice quiet pint. The pub always has various events throughout the year and they also donate to a couple of local charities such as the Shannon Bradshaw Trust which I happen to be a trustee for Shannon Bradshaw Trust. I find the pub is very busy at weekends and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend this pub to friends and my customers.”

“Had a great experience at Ormskirk which was a breath of fresh air compared to other Howdens in the area. Jack was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, a credit to the organisation. The kitchen showroom is very small and if thats what u are looking for I suggest visiting Southport to see what's on offer but I would definitely go back to Ormskirk to sort out the details. We also visited Aintree expecting that to have a bigger showroom but it didn't. Parking is available and free. On the ground floor so wheelchairs are no worry.”
