“My auto sleeper polensa peurgeot 1.9 TD Y reg 2001 motorhome went to her mot and passed flying colours. Then they told me it would not start. The commonly known problem keycode not recognised it would not start. One of Lobitos tyres garage mechanics removed the terminal from the battery 30 mnts later it started and green flag stood down. Thanks Lobitos top firm. But with my wife depending on the motorhome for leisure . I called Jay who diagnosed the solonoid was stopping him bypass the immobiliser. He could have trotted off but said he would try to help. Hours under cramped conditions under my engine with a dremil he removed the cover from the immobiliser housing and removed the solonoid. By passing the fuel pump the motorhome was reborn. Starts first time runs like a dream 30.000 miles on the clock. I am in for the next 10-15 years with her. I am 75 year's old now. The staff were very kind and the vet that saw our dog was very good. He gave her a pretty good 'MOT' and prescribed medication for her which we could then just call and ask for more of if necessary. We're relieved we were able to get our lovely dog seen so promptly by such a kind veterinary practice.”

I therefore went to the aisle where the oil is and a lovely guy who I don’t know approached me and told me to come to General Traffic as it would be way better oil and way better prices… HE WAS NOT WRONG! The staff were so helpful too in telling me which oil to get and price was nearly half the price for a better oil too! Would definitely return for stuff for the car”

Today I was at the hospital for a liver biopsy, I would like to thank you all team of nurses and the surgeon that made the intervention. I found a very professional team, super kindness and why not a bit of lightness, some laugh that made the day easy . Had a previous biopsy in a different hospital in the Wirral and …the difference of care is enormous! Thank you to everyone, you are doing an amazing job !”

“From day 1 of my first visit to this walk on the 2nd February to my final visit on 15th April, they have been nothing but exceptional. I unfortunately have been being treated for a chronic wound on my neck as a result of a minor mole surgery gone wrong. Without the help of the staff in this walk-in, I don’t want to imagine how my neck wound would have turned out. One member in particular I owe so much to. Tanya the health care/dressing nurse at this walk-in has been my life saver. She has been with me every step and giving me so much comfort during my whole experience. She has honestly been nothing but amazing and I honestly am so grateful that she was there that first day. I wish I could do more than write this review as she deserves so much. She is someone I will forever remember as helping me through quite a rough patch and getting me out the other side. Tanya thankyou so much for everything.
