“I went here for an operation on the 8/6/25, as soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist (who even wrote down postcodes of places my dad could visit whilst I was in theatre), all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. As I am only 22 I was allowed to bring a parent in with me, all the nurses and staff were fantastic and explained things fully to both me and my guardian. Even once in theatre the theatre staff were all very friendly and talked me through the process and made me feel at ease. Shout out to Alan my main nurse, he was very friendly and calmed my nerves just made the experience as a whole a lot better ensured to explain to both me and my dad all the steps and aftercare. The hospital and rooms were also very clean and lovely, I would definitely recommend.”

We require repeat medication every month and this is completed quickly and efficiently. Whenever we need to see a GP, we always manage to get an appointment and the GPs are so kind and very caring. I would recommend the practice to anyone unhappy with their current GP.”

I could tell he was not happy and annoyed. Perhaps it was a bad day, we all have them. It's still the hospital I will make sure I go to . It's out standing.”

Consultant physiotherapist Nia and her team of physios are simply amazing. A special mention to Dr Helen the phycologist who worked wonders for my husband, made him feel safe and helped him understand what was happening inside his brain. Sisters and all the. Nursing staff are very friendly and made me aswell as my husband feel welcome. Thank you so much everyone, I'll miss you, obviously my husband won't as he is desperate to get home after nearly four months in hospital!!”
