We have had to face complex and distressing medical issues and they've been nothing but supportive and accommodating. The reception team are always patient and helpful and the doctors are brilliant, especially Drs Cowley, Banks, Cowap and Cholakova. They've gone the extra mile for us more than once. We've never had a problem getting an appointment for urgent issues, especially for the kids. I have had several appointments in the last 12 months and I have to say I am much happier at Lache Health Centre than I was at Hawarden Health Centre. Staff have been courteous and the doctors have been attentive. I have had multiple different reasons for appointments and I have no negative feedback after seeing several different GPs. I would recommend this practise to anyone in the local area. There is plenty of parking available too”
