“It's a Tesco cafe - not the Ritz. Arrived an hour before closing time for a very late snack after a long walk and they couldn't have tried harder or been nicer to us. Told us what they had left - asked us about our walk. Super friendly - lovely people. Tea was a life saver. Children loved the croissants. Thank you!”

“Restaurant was busy but the service was still top notch . We had chicken melt , mixed grill and a children’s spaghetti bolognese . Food came out quite quick and was really nice . We eat curry regularly all around the country and there are few that can match City Spice and its extremely rare a meal exceeds them. Forget Rusholme and Brick lane, this is the best.”

“Attached to the Premier Inn, and the place to eat food when you stay here. Staff are great and friendly but many people are in this part of the world. Good food hot and serves quickly. Ideal for what we needed after a long drive to the Wirral. Good links to Heswall and other areas of the Wirral and through the tunnels to Liverpool.”
