Those classes are not available now but been going to Jump fitness since it started twice a week and recently tried both step and rave and circuit. Love all the classes but jump and circuit are my favourites. All the instructors David, Sarah and Dani are brilliant. I go on my own and everybody is friendly and I’ve met loads of people there. It’s in the dark with disco lights and great music. You really do feel like you’ve had a great workout a few minutes in. Don’t worry if you can’t keep up you can go at your own pace and nobody shouts. I highly recommend Attitude fitness and I know the kids love the dance school. It’s really popular and very successful in comps x”
