“The cabins are amazing, the underfloor heating throughout is great to warm your feet after a brisk outdoor hike around Delamere forest. The hot tubs are amazing and we'll kept with daily inspections and maintenance. All the staff were brilliant, they catered for every need, any issue we raised, someone was usually with us within 20 mins to the cabin to provide or help out ( we forgot matches to light the log burner). We had an issue with the door key relay (it knocked out 4 of the lights in the cabin) and one of the maintenance gents was quick to resolve it, we didn't get his name but would have liked to sincerely thank him. The whole holiday was made with how dog friendly the cabin and the staff were, as it was our first time away with her but thanks to the team (and treats) she had a great time!”

“Been with rooms4u for the last 2 years, Alan the maintenance guy was absolutely incredible for both years, always looking to help us out with anything we needed and going above and beyond when doing so. He has helped us move stuff into our new house, got jobs sorted straight away, came to help us out of hours when our friend was locked in the bathroom and even kept some of my items safe for me when I forgot them after moving out!! “Stayed at wareham forest lodge and it was perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Reception and check in was efficient, there is a small shop too with all the essentials. Our accommodation was so lovely with everything we could need. Hot tub was awesome and found it easy to access as it was sunken into the deck. The site is so quiet and just lovely. Very close to local pubs and walks and a short trip away from many great places to visit. I would highly recommend.”

“This accommodation is in a very convenient location: it’s easy to quickly nip down to the Tesco/Heron Foods underneath the building, plenty of cafés nearby, and it is just across the road from the South Campus of the University of Liverpool. I have an ensuite room in a flat shared with two other people. The shared living area is a bit small, but it’s cosy and perfectly fine for the number of people sharing it. My room itself is spacious, and the ensuite bathroom looks modern and clean. During the first month after moving in, the internet wasn’t great and was often slow or would sometimes cut out. However, since then I haven’t really had any issues and the WiFi is usually around ~100 Mbps download/upload speed. The only small issue is the washing machines — occasionally they are not working at all. Additionally, having to use coins for Myrtle Street is a bit inconvenient — I would prefer to use a card system like at Bedford Court.”
