“I was shocked that this place has had some bad reviews, because every single time we’ve ordered it has been amazing. Always plenty of toppings on the pizza compared to other places for the same price. You can tell they clearly know what their customers want! Plenty of cheese, chicken or pepperoni etc. Every time I visit my boyfriend’s place we order from here because it’s IS A CRAVINGG!! If any small business deserves its own chain of restaurants , it’s definitely this place.”

I've been to the Brick Lane in London and also to the one in New York City. All world class restaurants serving top notch Andy Murrays. Vindialoo in Parr is one of the best in the UK. The flavours and the differences in each dish are executed to perfection. The standout dishes here are the pathia, the chicken tikka lava, and the madras. You'd be hard pressed to find better on this sceptred isle. If you know your curries, then Vindialoo is an absolute gem serving fine Indian cuisine. Ignore the mediocre stars, as a professional food critic, this is one hell of an Indian takeaway!”

“This is our local restaurant and our favourite, we don’t go anywhere else, all the staff are great, they remember personal details and make you feel welcome all the time. Even when it’s busy you never feel rushed. Sometimes the kitchen can make mistakes with the food when it’s busy but it will be corrected quickly.”

“Update: 30/12/25 Food and service were great today! It looks like you have some new staff members! Update: 27/7/25 Better food than in 2023 but the portions are so small… 2023 Today I try order the first time in the app for collection, but there was some system error so I can't pay by credit card. I went to GDK and explained all the situations but Manager Kris was not interested in helping me at all. Definitely I’m not back here again.”

“11 family members ate there yesterday, in memory of my dad. Service and food outstanding. We all had different meals, xl mixed grill for me. Not a steak eater but was well done perfectly. All meals served at the same time. We keft nothing. Fair price forvit all with Blue Light Discount. Excellent and highly recomnended. We will visit again. Update: Another family meal yesterday 16 of us. Once again service was really quick and the food was excellent. Nothing wasted. Put all tables together to accommodate us all. Compliments again to the manager and staff.”

“Reasonably priced, good portion size and some of the freshest takeaway food I've had in awhile. Fresh donner meat, not old meat that has been sat in a bain marie, fresh grilled chicken and their garlic fries are a highlight. Give this place a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.”

“The first time I ordered from here I was impressed by the Pizza and chips I ordered. The food taste great and was hot. I was blown away by how good the food was when I tried them again. I ordered a mixed kebab and it’s the best food I’ve had in 3 years living in St Helens. I definitely recommend these guys. Only negative is the delivery info and timings could be better. However, saying that they were very friendly and apologetic when I called to chase up, the gave me a free cake for the inconvenience.”

“Went to subway in edge hill university. Really nice environment and is very clean. Same options as a normal subway with the addition of SU shops and bars nearby and the best part is you don't even have to be a student to go to it! 10/10”
