“I visited the local store on Friday. The young gentleman with long hair and glasses whom was a supervisor in the store was magnificent. I struggled to locate my favourite bean brand due to my poor eye sight and he helped me with humour and dignity. I will certainly return to this local store even though it is not my nearest shop, I feel that such excellent customer service is deserving of my custom. “I needed a small integrated freezer for my kitchen at short notice so as I have used Euronics in London I gave them a call.Iwas really happy that a reasonably priced freezer was Ibstock and could be installed within a week of purchasing. Aidan was very helpful. He advised old appliance could be removed and the door of the new freezer could be adjusted too.(small fee for this) Frank came and did a brilliant job. Today I recieved a text message informing me my medication was ready and it included what shelf it was on (never had this before). “I was seen by the Pharmacist on duty last night after discovering the insect bites I got on my legs over the weekend were gradually becoming more red, swollen and painful to walk on. I was seen straight away and he had marked where the swelling had got to, then advised me to come back again today to see if there was an infection present which I did and was confirmed that the bites had become infected. Again on today's visit I was seen straight away and was quickly prescribed antibiotics and was given sound advice to help alleviate the symptoms I am experiencing. Extremely helpful and the other members of staff also on duty were very pleasant to speak to as well. Thank you for your help all x”
