“I tasked Nick to design a new en-suite from scratch as well as fitted wardrobes in to one of the larger rooms in our property. Nick came back quickly with 3D CAD images and a quote and we were hooked! A design meeting followed shortly after where his expertise for practical tiles, bathroom trends and general sound advice made the project feel more real and we were chomping at the bit to get going. The project lead, Lee, then took over and the new room took shape quickly with the help of Mike and Dean. Everything went swimmingly and it wasn’t long before our eldest son was basking in the glory of his new shower! Carl came in shortly after to fit the wardrobes with bespoke desk and everything was seamless with decorating and carpet fitting. We were so delighted with the result that Nick has replaced our existing master bathroom and just finished fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom. Every project has been completed with a touch of class and I can’t recommend Nick and his team highly enough.”

“My wife and I spent two weeks on the boat and had a fantastic stay. We used it both as a base to explore Liverpool (it's so close to everything) and the wider North West Coast. On 'rest days' we stayed on board making the most of the beautiful weather and the Liverpool Yacht Club bar and restaurant. We thoroughly recommend it for a wonderful stay.”

“Great service and excellent quality work. Caroline and Harry were friendly and professional throughout the process. In just four days, they sprayed the cabinet cases in situ, and took away the doors for sanding and spraying at the workshop. Both the spraying and the replacement of the doors were done with all mess cleared away. Any paint spray smell disappeared after a day. Very pleased with the results.”

What can you expect? - A competitive price for high end products - Effective communication and project management - I always knew which tradesman was going to be there each day and what job they would undertake. - Highest standard of craftsmanship by some really lovely guys, too many to mention here but all brilliant without exception - very good after completion care with timely attention to minor snags If you go with an idea, expect to be advised as to the feasibility of it for the size and function of the room and be prepared to be flexible. Your own finishing touches make your bathroom bespoke. All in all a really great experience and we will be following up with another request for en-suites shortly.”

“What a fun unique restaurant! From the moment you walk in Paulo , The chef/owner, welcomes you with open arms. He customized each one of our party of 8 dinners. He wants to know your level of spices , add this or that , what ever flavors you would like he can create. He had a wonderful wine list to complete our meals. It is a fun enjoyable dining experience! We would definitely go back to his restaurant!”

Paul and Brian talked me through the options before creating a 3D model for me to approve. From here the planning and installation was all arranged by Cleveland and a seamless process. “Inspired provided an excellent service on a bathroom. This included changing the layout, with all the unseen drainage changes, to make it much more practical so as to have a much larger shower. The choice of, and quality of the materials, is excellent. The installation was excellent - the main workman who did some heavy work also had a real eye for detail - every thing was done to perfection. It was also a pleasure to have him around and not causing any unnecessary disruption. The work was done to budget and, any unforeseen beneficial work, was done to achieve the final result such that every part of a millimetre stands up to close inspection. I have no hesitation in saying the service provided by all and the final result were excellent. I didn’t give immediate feedback as it is possible that sometimes things can come to light later as to how things might have been done differently. I have had no such issues or thoughts - I’m very pleased to fully recommend Inspired based on my experience - things could not have been done better. Superb.”

“It's been 10 years since we had our kitchen installed, complete with appliances bought from here. Yesterday, we needed a new oven as the original broke. We struggled to get anything from the usual places, my wife suggested we contact Built In Appliances again. So glad we did, after a short phonecall, we shot to the showroom, super friendly staff, and after picking one that was on display (descent discount), it was in the back of our car within 15 mins! We sorted installation out, dropped the old one at the tip, a great end to what could have been a stressful weekend. Thank you to the team at Built-in Kitchen Appliances!”

“From our first visit to Capricorn Kitchens to the signing off of our lovely new kitchen we have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. The designer Chris has been brilliant. In our opinion he has gone above and beyond. He has kept us informed and has been there to oversee every step of the process. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. The same can be said for Vinnie who has made himself readily available to ensure the fitting went smoothly and was to our satisfaction. Every member of the team we've met along the way , Ian, Gary, Chris, Vinnie, Claire, Anthony, Dave, Thomas and Bob have been so lovely and have put us at our ease. All have been so respectful.and couteous in our home. Now to the kitchen. The design process was seamless. Chris even sourced a bespoke colour the we wanted. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen. It's everything we wanted. Fabulous quality at what we believe is a competitive price. If you are in any doubt as to whether to use Capricorn Kitchens we hope that this review will allay your fears. “We have just had our kitchen completely re fitted by Kitchen Love and we are delighted! They took care of the whole process and appointed a project manager,Paul, who orchestrated everything! They stripped everything back to bricks and mortar and even removed the ceiling and existing floor! All the tradesmen were top quality which left us with a feeling of total confidence throughout! Beautifully laid lime stone floor, complete re wire, bi fold doors, boarded out, plastered, kitchen fitted, stone work tops, painted!!!! Excellent! Can’t recommend them enough!”

“We had a kitchen fitted in September 2017 and were so pleased with all aspects that we went back to have 2 fitted wardrobes made and installed in April 2018; this in itself speaks volumes about the quality of the work. They didn't even want a deposit in advance! This is a local company who take a no-nonsense, no fuss approach to designing and fitting kitchens and bedrooms to a very high standard. Ian's thoroughly professional approach to design is really appreciated as it gives you confidence in the work that will be done. He also has very good ideas to help you get exactly what you want. The team that fitted both our kitchen and bedroom were great; they were a pleasure to have in the house! Our house was treated with respect while they worked and they cleaned up properly at the end of the day! Clearly, the lads in the workshop probably don't get the recognition they deserve but it is clear that their work is of a very high standard and makes the fitting as straight forward as possible. Sara and Elaine provide great support in a friendly yet professional manner and were a great help in offering ideas and setting our minds straight when we asked questions. We cannot praise them enough for the work they have done for us and we can recommend them without any reservations at all. If you want a kitchen, fitted bedroom or bathroom then this is the place to go for quality workmanship and peace of mind. A great local company who operate nationally.”

“Me and my partner visited here on Saturday for the first time, we did not book but staff were very accommodating and friendly and managed to squeeze us in! The food was incredible, the staff were lovely and the atmosphere was great! Only let down is we wanted to leave a generous tip for our experience but card machines wouldn’t allow us to add one on! We now know for next time to take some cash!! Great place, will definitely be returning soon and would recommend highly to others!!”

“Stayed for one night as a party of four dropping off a niece to university. Where to start….. fantastic value for money. It’s a hidden gem for the price. We met Laura on reception and Sam who works in the office, these two girls were the most welcoming, down to earth girls we have ever met working in hospitality. They made us feel right at home and took the time to answer all our questions and gave us great advice and tips for our stay in Liverpool. Blew away by their friendliness, they both made our day and because of the whole experience staying here, we cannot wait to come back again. Thank you girls, yous are diamonds. “Had a lovely kitchen delivered in May more than enough parts and shelves nothing scrimped. Delivered on time by really friendly guys , wasnt happy with 2 wall corner units the manager came out and could see my problem. After a bit of persuading agreed to change them . Thank you Emma for the planning very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was fitted by one of their fitters Ryan excellent job lovely guy done to a high standard and cleaned up after each visit. Even came back to refit the plinths after floor fit. Thanks Ryan. Highly recommend.”
