“I had a great experience with this fantastic company recently. I bought a gorgeous coat from them that I am absolutely delighted with. I had previously ordered this coat from a similar company which I actually sent back as it wasn't small enough but my experience with union 22 was far superior. The coat was lovingly packaged with a handwritten note addressed to me personally thanking me for my custom, the coat was wrapped in tissue paper and came in a suit carrier none of which I had from the previous shop I ordered from. Also during a small issue with my order union 22 rectified this immediately. Getting in touch almost instantaneously and sorting my problem out beyond what I expected. “We recently left our older 1997 camper van which was misfiring, had high emissions and required necessary MOT work. From the beginning Michael was very reassuring and thorough about the issues which I was quite worried about. Even though the garage was extremely busy, Michael personally kept me regularly updated with messages and pictures which again reassured the whole process. All the work was completed as well as fixing necessary additional undetected problems, in a timely manner and at a good price. Our camper van now runs like new. I would definitely recommend Michael and his team at Engine Clinic and I intend to use them again for all MOT/service and mechanical needs. Thank you.”

“Just after Christmas I went in to look at ottoman beds and to get prices etc. After a discussion with Julie I said I would return in a few months when finances allowed. She wrote down names of beds, mattresses with prices etc. Very friendly and helpful. Around 3 weeks ago I returned and ordered a side opening ottoman bed with mattress and headboard. It was delivered on time, set up etc and I have been very pleased with it, so much so that when I decided I needed a wardrobe I returned to Good Knights. After spending a considerable amount of time deciding on with wardrobe to buy, I ordered one. Keith then phoned the suppliers, but could not get hold of them. However he phoned me later to say they could order one for me which they did. Delivery time was 2-4 weeks but again I received a call to say they could deliver on the Fri ( it was ordered on the previous Sat) It arrived within the one hour timeslot as promised. If I need any other bedroom furniture in the future i would return. Good old fashioned customer service and they stick to delivery times. Excellent.”

“A fantastic independent fruit and veg shop. As well as the basics, they always have seasonal and special produce from local growers too. I can’t go in for one thing without picking up another tasty something else I’ve spotted… also selling bear bakery bread now which is a huge bonus. You have to be quick to grab a loaf before they sell out though! Very friendly and helpful team working there too. Definitely one of Hoole’s gems”

“Paul and Steve and the whole team at Chattels really went above and beyond with my Togo order, they brought a whole set with fabric samples over to my house when I explained to them that I had a tight staircase to the living room and was worried it might not fit They managed to get all the pieces in no problem, so I was able to order with confidence. “Little gem of a coffee shop! It’s our go to for our morning coffee when we’re in Port Sunlight, super dog friendly, my lab always enjoys cuddles and a treat from the staff when we go in. Staff are always so kind and smiley! Yet to try the food but it always looks great.”
