Welcoming store in Birkenhead

“Newish store.. As a delivery driver I like a quick look at what's in store (apart from free coffee) they've got some great ideas in their showroom, fab bathroom cabinets / mirrors. Nice internal doors too. Delivered here Thursday 1st July. Only place in my memory where one of the office / managers came onto the yard and actually helped by jumping on the forks. I think it was Chris. Well played and thank you.”

“Had a lovely kitchen delivered in May more than enough parts and shelves nothing scrimped. Delivered on time by really friendly guys , wasnt happy with 2 wall corner units the manager came out and could see my problem. After a bit of persuading agreed to change them . Thank you Emma for the planning very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was fitted by one of their fitters Ryan excellent job lovely guy done to a high standard and cleaned up after each visit. Even came back to refit the plinths after floor fit. Thanks Ryan. Highly recommend.”

“Hi, I came in yesterday to the Birkenhead store on Grange Road, to get one of them birthday cakes which you put your own photograph on. To say I struggled to do it was an understatement. I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. He was kind, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. I asked him his name, and he said it was Kieran. I'd just like to thank him so much for his help and to say he is an asset to your store x. “I have been using this chemist since it opened, the staff are always polite and friendly, Trying to do there very best. Mark were an asset to the place but unfortunately has now left. This team work so hard and yes I have face bothers regarding low stock medication but to me that is no excuse for some customers to be so dame rude, they are doing the very best in a busy pharmacy. Medications are now stored in hubs, which has slowed the process down in all pharmacy's. But that is not the staff fault, they do there upmost best.”

“Incredible above and beyond service, i contacted about a same day embroidery for an image to which he explained that it normally took 24 hours to get the image digitised for embroidery, I sent the image and within 20 minutes he was able to digitise it himself and could do it same day for a great price, thank you Coach house crafts, have given your name to people who need embroidery work doing.”

“I had no idea this place existed until last year. Love the atmosphere and decor. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice range of aftercare, studio merch such as mugs and t shirts as well as prints available. Sam was very professional and listened to what I wanted, making adjustments to the piece until I was 100% happy. I even managed to get a cool true romance print whilst I was there.”

“Brimstage Hall well worth a visit as pretty and interesting old farm buildings converted to high end shops. The coffee shop is cozy, full of character, friendly staff. Service was great. Weonly had drinks so cannot comment on the food really.”

“Josh has been my barber’s for years now. I couldn’t recommend blend enough. Offered a coffee or beer depending on what time I’m in, has the tele on with the ps5 set up. Hair washed which I’ve never had before. You aren’t sat in the chair for hours but he is very quick and precise. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Overall it’s a fantastic experience it feels much more than just a weekly haircut it gives a premium bespoke experience. all of that for £20 is just great value for money.”

“Very clean tidy and variety of products. Meats are not cut with automatic saws in the butcher section. You get a meat without bone splinters. As the butcher is his father's profession, he knows his job very well. We only bought a slice of cake in the patisserie section. Would you believe, both fresh and creamy sugar is exactly what we wanted. They said it was the product of Pelit patisserie. I think it's fine.”

“Rightway Prenton You don’t get service like this at B & Q or Wickes, 2 visits this week 2 different members of staff, both happy to help, I ordered 3 bags of heavy slate on each occasion and both times the guys told me to go to my car and they would bring them out, then happily lifted them into the car. “Perfect fit and it arrived just one day after receiving an email letting me know that it had been shipped I'm yet to test it out but installation is really easy and straight forward I just used some isopropyl alcohol to the plastic before sticking down the adhesive velcro”
