My kids did the jumping and climbing experience and the instructor was super caring helpful and nice. Reception supervisor lady also very helpful and kind. “Bought 6 ember tetras here about a month ago. Despite it being nearly closing time, the staff were ever so helpful and friendly. They also showed genuine care for the fishes - they ensured that I had a fully matured fish tank of reasonable size and setting. They also gave me recommendations on where I could get good Indian Almond Leaves to manage the pH. I also saw them reject an inexperienced customer who wanted to keep fishes in a fish bowl (the fish will likely suffer), and for that, I highly respect them. The ember tetras are doing well - sorry for the algae-stained glass in the very bad picture!”

“Possibly the best affordable themed pool in England, almost waterpark size minus the high price. The water temperature was perfectly warm, there were 2 hot tubs and plenty of rides, of which 3 were long. The decor was artistic, featuring model fishes and some rocky landscaping between things. Also there was a wave machine and enough space to swim laps in the 1.5 metres end.”

“Rooms were great. No one on Reception a couple of times when we needed help, key card wouldn't let one of us access our room. Quickly resolved when receptionist appeared. Beefeater next door - we had poor service one evening, very slow service by a sullen, unfriendly even rude waitress. Everyone else was friendly, we were just unlucky. We had a show to get to, we did it by skin of our teeth despite having 1 hour 20 minutes to eat. Had to fetch our own menus at one point to try and hurry things up a bit. Food was good just let down by our waitress.”

“So we made a mistake when booking (rather than the 21st to 23rd had booked 20th to 22nd!) and panicked when we arrived about the night that hadnt been booked. The manager put us in the room we had booked and was able to book us into a different room for the following night which we were able to transfer into early in the morning. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is incredible. Special shout out to the pool attendant who let me and my special needs child into the pool close to closing time. We weren't that thrilled with the areas of Guildford we explored, but would return purely for this hotel, fantastic”

“Stayed here on business and I noticed straight away was the staff were so attentive and very welcoming. Really nice after a long day travelling! Very relaxing bar area lined in tall glass windows with a very creative bookcase. I didn’t eat there but the restaurant did look good. My room was lovely and comfortable. Clean for sure with a bath and shower which was welcome. Definitely somewhere I would stay again not just for the hotel but also the convenience of being able to walk and eat at very close by places.”

“Hi just wanted to say thanks to Zak at the Guildford branch today. We had an issue with a tap purchased via the Farnborough branch in early 2022. A replacement tap under warranty was needed quickly. Zak liaised with the other Howdens branch to ensure this happened. Excellent customer service.”

“I've been attending the academy for around 2 years now and I can truthfully say I've learnt more than I ever thought I would, and I've enjoyed every minute of it! Every session is filled with a contagious buzz energy, and fun and educational workshops, games and projects which teach the students how to act and perform on stage, aswell as how to act in front of and work behind the camera. If you love to act, film, perform, dance, or maybe just want to grow your confidence a little, than this is the place for you! Super 8 is simply great!”

“My wife and I have been very happy since our little boy joined Pippas House in Guidlford since he was 1 year old. The nursery have really met our expectations. We have seen how well they are taking care of our boy, the good quality meals they provide, the development games and general activities. Is good to have a nursery like this so well located at Guildford town”

“We had a first class experience with Jethin as soon as we arrived at the showroom. He listened carefully to our requirements, did not try and hard sell anything and guided us through our purchase. Within one hour we had secured a really good deal, and within 2 weeks we were able to collect our car. On collection day, the receptionist showed us to the comfortable seating area and encouraged us to use the coffee/tea machine whilst we waited. Jethin took the time to show us the set up in the car and patiently answered our questions. His communication throughout was excellent and would highly recommend visiting him and the showroom.”

“What a fabulous hotel! I'm travelling for work and booked an affordable hotel expecting standard facilities, but I am thoroughly highly impressed! Feel like I'm a million miles away from home, beautiful spa escape setting, surrounded by beautiful greenery, pretty decor and very friendly and welcoming staff! The gym exceeded my expectations, not just a few dumbbells a fully equipped gym with lovely big swimming pool and sauna. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!”

“I have loved every item that I’ve purchased over the last two years. Sahara wether online or in the shop are very helpful. I recently had to rush in and found the dress I had seen online. The assistant helped find the right necklace too. The clothes are a pleasure to wear and don’t fall apart after the first wearing. They certainly tell the story of our lives that’s for sure. Classic clothes with good styling. Something for every one.”
