I'm embarrassed to say I'm 68 years old but 75% of my clothes are from river island. I have so many of the soft two piece suits! In almost every colour. Just bought another 2 today. I even bought a box of chocolates a few months ago because a member of staff was so helpful when I couldn't find my receipt. My daughter worked there quite a few years ago and loved it! That's how I got into loving the clothes. Obviously there are clothes that are too young for me but that's great for the younger people. Love Stockport River Island!”

Khadija was so kind, happy, confident and knowledgeable in her products she gave recommendations on the quality of earring for my daughter and explained why and Maria came in to help with the piercing and she was confident and happy and oh so kind and they both were so awesome this made myself and my daughter and our whole family super happy…Our experience at this store was great and the ear piercing was great as well my little girl didn’t even cry and was super happy with her new earrings. We will definitely come back and shop at this location again.”
