“Bruce’s is the best thing that happened for my pooch. As a single parent and a travel ridden job I was worried, post covid, about the experience I will give my young Lab, Loki. These guys are a part of Lokis extended family. Dog loving carers, plentiful of space for the pooches to engage meaningfully, care and safety taken care of on top of daily updates on pick up and drops. “We stayed here last weekend so we could attend the Rugby World Cup Final & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Hotel was easy to get to & parking was available on sight if you arrived early enough. The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. There is a Costa, a bar and a really nice restaurant. The staff were so helpful during check-in and all of the staff in the restaurants were beyond h delightful - they even managed to sit and feed 9 of us late at the night! Joffan looked after us so well! The rooms were clean, tidy and the bed was so comfortable. We all commented on how quiet the rooms were - will definitely be back for our next Twickenham visit!”

“As the hotel is connected directly to terminal 5 . It makes it easy to do the night before check in, buy any last minute essentials landside, or even have a meal or drink. The room was quiet and comfortable. I had checked in on line so a very quick wait upon arrival for our key, and we were relaxing in our room. Beds comfortable, bathroom a good size. We didn't book breakfast as our flight was at 8am and we didn't want to rush. We grabbed a quick coffee and croissant at the gate, before boarding . Service is quiet and understated, but always consistent. For ease and convenience we would always recommend a stay here.”

“I stayed one night at IBIS London Stratford. The room was simple (plastic feel, no fridge, and not the best heating), but the stay was really great thanks to the staff! Sagar was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone in the morning was smiling and kind, which made my day start in such a positive way. I also loved the free lemon and mint water they prepared—it was so refreshing! They even taught me how to make it at home. I’d definitely come back for the people and atmosphere!”

“The cleanest,freshest friendliest Travelodge I've ever stayed in.bang on the high road for shops pubs ,public transport etc . Not great for parking though( we weren't driving) . The room we had wasn't big ,but for a couple of nights it's all we needed . So if you are in tga Clapham area and need a place to stay I'd give it a big thumbs up .”

“I pre-booked one of the apartments a while ago to accommodate my family visiting from abroad. Overall, very good experience, great value for money considering how easy it is to get to all central London attractions. The loft/attic apartment was very clean, quiet with well-equipped kitchenette. A special thank you to two lovely receptionists for assisting with all my enquiries. Small suggestion for improvement – the staircase carpet will benefit from some deep clean. This will definitely improve the first impression when coming in.”

“Our company used The Tailored Apartments for our work men while they were working on a job in Enfield for three weeks, The accommodation was in a quiet area and extremely comfortable in every way and was always lovely and clean when they arrived every Monday evening, felt like home from home as it has everything you need at your fingertips. “The staff are very welcoming. The rooms, the corridors, and the hotel itself are very clean and accessible. The only thing that let's it down, is the fact you have to travel to go anywhere for a bite to eat or a drink. There's a Morrisons and Tesco nearby, though.”

“I booked this last minute and the team was extremely accommodating of my needs. I got to check in earlier than expected because I had an emergency. There are no elevators BUT you do not need to carry your luggage upstairs which was a plus. The reception is always available 24/7. For a business traveller I think this is perfect. “We had a huge room! Three beds when booked a twin. Bathroom a good size. 4 min walk to Victoria coach station and the same for wicked theatre show. Staff friendly, clean, tv, air con, coffee & teas free. Would definitely book here if needing this area again.”

As the mobility concerns, they immediately switch a larger room in one level instead two levels according to our reservation!~ The hotel location is convient, just few minutes walk from Paddington station. “Absolute steal for the price. We were quite worried from the reviews. Our keys were waiting for us in a lock box when we arrived. Our private room was large, comfortable and even had a fridge. Clean bathrooms, hot water. Kitchen was always clean and had heaps of space. Large area for eating/chilling. Good wifi. Lots of shops, restaurants, underground and bus stops are a short walk away. All in all we had a great experience at”
