“Just back from an 4 day break which turned into a 8 day break. Mark was really helpful when we were trying to set up and along with a few fellow campers and staff they managed to get us pitched correctly in no time - nothing seems to much bother for them. I asked to stay on extra nights and Billy at reception went out of his way to sort my extra nights and I didn't have to move pitch. Visited this site many times over the last 7 years, started in a tent and progressed to a hard top folding camper and now our beloved Hobby caravan. The site really is immaculate, they focus on every detail. Pitches are quite large, shower blocks are fantastic, possibly the best we've used, always clean. Staff are very friendly, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect, nothing too much trouble. I was there on my own for most of my visit, the owners kept their eye out on me, i felt relaxed and safe in the secure environment. They are constantly improving the site as we have witnessed over the years. The long termers are friendly and welcoming to tourers. Perfectly located with shops and pubs, beautiful surrounding areas. “Just got a great hair cut and beard trim here. Excellent service. Happy with the cut and I appreciated the barber gave me quite a bit of advice in maintaining my beard as well. The hot towel treatment was amazing.”

“Booked yesterday for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection. Clinic was clean, easy to find and the staff were friendly. Initial consultation took around 15 minutes and I was then provided with a report of findings and recommended treatment plan. After 24 hours the pain in my back has subsided at least two thirds and I am able to stand for more than 5 minutes, which was almost impossible one day ago. Dr Riaz explained that it would be likely to have a further session or follow up physiotherapy in about a week so I have booked in for next Thursday for a follow up appointment to check my progress. Overall extremely impressed and happy with the treatment and care.”

“Location is brilliant for training in London and surrounding area. The hotel is excellent and the staff could not do enough for you. It is closing down soon and it shows. As things have gone wrong in the rooms they have not had the money nor desire to fix the so bath Jacuzzis don't work, half the tvs are not working, even the safe in my room doesn't work. But I cannot fault the service and it's such a shame for these lovely staff that they will be made redundant. I wish them all the best for the future and hope they all find somewhere worthy of their service.”

“We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.”

“Fabulous hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooms are large and very tidy, clean and have everything you need. It is refreshing to see that this hotel still provides daily room service, rooms tidied and beds remade, makings topped up. It just shows how this customer service can still be provided. Some of the mainstream hotel providers like travelodge and Premier should take a good look at the service provided by this hotel. “Ran by honest people with integrity. I accidentally left my wallet and passport in the room, both were shipped back to me within a few days, saved me a lot of hassle and panic.”

“We stayed here for a concert at Wembley Stadium. Really good check-in and out times, perfect to charge your phones and yourself before heading off, and then you don't need to check out until 11 am. There's no breakfast, but that didn't bother us as we just went to the McDonald's which is on the way back to Wembley Park Station, and I'm told there's a great cafe open Monday to Saturday within a few minutes walk. We were given a great room, very quiet, extremely comfortable beds and a lovely big shower. Loads of space and will definitely stay again next time we have a concert.”

“Excellent location if you don't want to be in Central London but want easy access to it via bus, underground or walking. Hotel & bar staff were all excellent & friendly - they especially made my son feel very welcome. We only had breakfast onsite & bar snacks, and as vegans the options weren't many but they were good. Room was basic but very comfortable - it was also very quiet & we hardly heard any noise. We did not use the onsite parking - it was not run by the hotel & was *very* expensive. Thankfully, we found a much more reasonably priced parking spot via JustPark, less than 5 minutes away (£70 for the whole week, rather than £38/night onsite).”

“Lovely hotel rooms are small but perfect the breakfast selection is not huge but perfect best mushrooms I have ever had so tasty. It is just beside the tube which has you to heatrow in 45 minutes or less it is right beside the O2 in Shepard's bush loads of restaurants and bars around. The hotel lobby is very relaxing with its furnishings and soft light we could sit and relax before getting our flight home.”

“I have stayed for three days with my sister, I cannot recommend enough this hotel. Location is perfect in a peaceful street a stone away from Oxford street. Really convenient to explore London. Customer service is just brilliant they were lovely, extremely helpful and great professionals. The standard room is not huge however spotless, quiet and the comfiest bed I’ve tried in London so far. I will be back for sure.”

Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming and will look after your case behind reception after you check out if you want to do a bit of shopping or grab lunch before heading off home. Rooms are very good value for money considering you are in Covent Garden, and they are basic, clean with comfortable beds and a mini fridge.”

“Novetel Greenwich offered a lovely welcome from the moment we arrived. Great value parking made things convenient, and the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant stay.”

“You would be hard pushed to beat My Vacations’ prices. We found out about them through their partner company My Gibraltar who we’ve used for a few years now and have booked several short breaks with them. Last year we took a weekend break to Paris for less than £100 each which is approximately the same as what we would spend on a day out to London on the train! I don’t know how they do it but keep it up and we’ll keep coming back!”

Fallon in particular was a wonderful host and made sure we were really well looked after. Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re looking for a genuinely warm and special environment ❤️”

Was given to me for a present and finally got to use it , so glad I didn’t waste it Treatment - was amazing and the lady Jess L was so kind and informative. Being a plus size body makes me anxious when getting naked and in this kind of environment. However she made me feel good in myself and massaged me wonderfully. We used the stone message chairs and they are so comfortable and getting a lovely lunch at the end and using the pool and other facilities definitely will be coming back ! And recommend to anyone. Also to made it better my mum couldn’t have a certain treatment so getting a complementary drink was super kind”
