“After seeing this place was the best reviewed in the area I choose to come here fore a hair cut at 7.30pm on a Saturday and that they closed at 8pm. They still managed to fit me in, great cut. Remember guys they only accept Cash, on this occasion they accepted a bank transfer. Highly recommend, friendly team. Also open Sundays and shut on Monday.”

“I recently let my flat through Ashton's. Overall, I found them to be very thorough and professional, whilst at the same time being flexible and pragmatic. The property was let out within a few days of it going on the market and the entire transition process was smooth. Ashton's handled everything including the cleaning, EPC, Gas certificate and minor works that had to be done. In particular Josh is very approachable and offers a personalized service. “So.... BMW X1 makes noise, doesn't change with speed, just noise and vibration through gear stick. Take to local garage, Allen & Cowser, who diagnose transfer box but not a job they wanted to undertake. Took car to several gearbox "specialists" who each diagnose something different, some will only help if I remove the gear box and deliver it, none mention transfer box. Found Motorsolve who confirmed transfer box. Got it booked in promptly, work carried out in timescale promised and within the cost quoted. Excellent and honest work carried out by professionals. Car drives like new again. Thank you to both garages for help diagnosing and repairing.”

“9/8/2024: I had my hair cut by Nicola today and she was amazing. It was my first time here and I brought photos of my last cut as I wanted it the same; (my usual hairdresser for 10+ years has retired from hairdressing). Nicola was brilliant all the way through. She talked through what she was doing with my hair at each stage, checking I was ok with it and was so friendly, engaging and easygoing. She made me feel at ease from the get go and talking with her was just like having a chat with a friend. Nicola also worked incredibly quickly and efficiently; (my short hair didn't need a lot off it, but nonetheless, I think it's the quickest anybody has ever cut my hair!). I was anxious about going to a salon again, and feel I really lucked out with a hairdresser who ticked all the boxes. I was so happy that I got my next haircut booked in before I left the salon; (most of the time I tend to leave it until my hair is driving me up the wall!). “The staff at this Travis Perkins are fantastic. My partner and I had a pipe burst in our flat and we needed some industrial dehumidifiers to help with the soaking wet walls and ceilings. John was extremely helpful and understanding, he helped us rent out the dehumidifiers and helped get them into our flat very quickly and we are incredibly grateful.
