βGreat selection of sofas. This brand has come a long way since the days of their old boxy old fashion sofas. They now carry brands, such as Grand Designs, Joules, Swoon, French Connection and Cath Kidson. I would like to see a few more slim-line architectural-style sofas, but all in all the collections are pretty good. The female member of staff was extremely helpful. She ordered all the fabric samples for me and explained the waiting time for the sofa I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure to buy, and she even suggested I take a look at DFS bigger store, in Enfield, as I had expressed a desire to see some other sofas I'd seen online. All in all, I had a very pleasant experience inside the store.β

βThe location is great β just an 8-minute walk from Gloucester Road Station, and the building has a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. However, the apartment itself and the service leave a lot to be desired. The kitchen is very basic and needs improvement. The TV didnβt work, and there was no working phone β I couldnβt reach reception when needed. The floor was dirty, and the window shade didnβt block the sun at all, making it hard to rest. Guests are expected to take their own trash outside the building, which isnβt convenient. The gym is outdated and could use better equipment. Customer service was disappointing. When my son arrived, they refused to give him the key even though I was on the phone with them and had already provided my ID. Some of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional zero trust Overall, a good location but poor service and facilities.. but it good price when high seasons.β

βExcellent service! Danielle at Magnet Islington was a great help all the way from design to post delivery. Very proactive, personable, and willinging to answer our questions. Designing was an enjoyable experience with her. We were given time to design and decide. A number of other kitchen providers rushed the experience, using expiring offers to pressure deposits. The products themselves are good quality. We got a fair price for quality. The wall cabinets have depth to hold plates etc whereas other kitchen providers skip on this. Doors and backboards also thick. Delivery team helpful, and carried everything up 2 flights of stairs. We installed the kitchen ourselves. Danielle was on hand to answer questions post delivery, during installation. One small piece of feedback. Other kitchen providers do laser measurements, instead of tape. This would be helpful for kitchens such as ours which don't have 90degree corners.β
