“I am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star. The service we get every time is the best. We always come to this hotel and without a blink we get everything' we asks for . The location is the best 5 mins away from the station shops near by. Rooms are always clean. And the staff especially these guys are what hotels are made off. Starting with lira running the place with a special mention to sabrina,tammy, emannuela, amit, shadab, adriano, alina, ashif. Giffty. “I had an appointment with Spiro for a breathing test. The place is easily accessible and has parking outside. (Ringo payment) The receptionist was lovely patient with me because I couldn’t speak very loudly being out of breath. I was early and that was also not a problem. I sat and waited and watched the receptionist who was so good at her job. Dealing with one difficult man who was trying to jump the queue so politely and yet did not allow him to jump in early. This young lady wore a scarf. The lady who did my breathing test was kind and took her time, she was very affirming and good explanation of the process. Her bedside manner was fabulous. If I wasn’t moving to Norfolk soon I would move there for my Dr’s.”
