Ms Pitfield took the time to go through the document line by line, explaining everything very clearly and was happy to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. Ms Pitfield picked up on some items that were incorrect on the document, that I didn't spot, and sent the document back to the 3rd party to be updated. She then returned to find out if we could locate the reference number. Once found, she went back to check the stock and managed to find the hat I was after. I feel this level of service is exceptional as after the first time going to check, most would give bad news and give up, however, I really felt that Suzanna wanted to find this hat for me, so I left the store feeling compelled to write this review :)”
