“Wonderful little sushi restaurant in the middle of Woolwich despite the unprepossessing exterior. The food is excellent and freshly prepared, and the staff are super friendly. Good selection of sushi, as well as noodle and rice dishes. We dined in shortly after opening time, so it was very quiet.”

The service puts some fine dinning to shame, with is warm, friendly and professionalism. Speed is key here,but with any compromise on service. Note that this place has two locations, one that doesn’t take bookings. Recommend you book during peak seasons. We will back soon”

“Genuinely a really lovely experience at Reis Grill & Bar. Music not too loud, very nicely decorated, very lovely and attentive staff, and the food is to die for! The service was also very quick, but it wasn’t so quick that we felt rushed. I can honestly say it is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The only downside was that the food was so good I didn’t have any room for dessert! Thank you very much for a lovely evening.”

We regularly visit Raul’s in the evening and again, wonderful friendly staff and the option to drink your wine/ beer/ spirits inside with the addition of a charcuterie board last night which was great!”

“I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a friend today at M Bar & Kitchen. I ordered the Club Sandwich (& chips!) and WOW! Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. As it is located within a residential village, not many people realise it is actually open to the general public for brunch, lunch and dinner. (As someone who eats Gluten Free, my needs were catered for really well and I was reassured about the ingredients in the dish and the preparation process.)”

“Went in the morning with my sister. Its local to us and I wanted to support the business . We had an English breakfast which was delicious.The price is very reasonable and I asked for my breakfast to be grilled and they did that for me without any problem . Set in formal, tree-lined garden housing a naval burial site, playground and community centre, the cafe is ideallic for those who want a peaceful ambience. Make no mistake, due to its popularity, it can get very busy but you'll be spolied for choice with space as much as you will with what's on the menu. Ran by husband and wife team, Gary and Victoria and their wonderful team, you can rest assured you'll be met with a warm welcome, fun banter, and chit chat like youre one of the locals, (Even if you're not.) I personally come for the cooked full English breakfast but there is plenty of choice on offer! Everything from sweet pastries, more savoury snacks, all of which are homemade, delicious salads and variety of hot and cold beverages to wash it down with. All the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. If you fancy something that might not be obviously on the menu, the team will endeavour to make it for you (within fair reason, of course) If you've not yet visited Pistachios in the Park cafe, and you want someting a little away from the regular side of Greenwich, with exemplary quality, this is your spot. “Oh my word. My husband and I came here with high expectations for our anniversary. Firstly, a sincere shoutout to the friendly and highly attentive waitstaff. We reserved in advance (which I recommend doing as it gets busy!) and they had actually read my booking notes. In the notes I mentioned I was pregnant and so they double checked I was happy with the preparation and ingredients of certain dishes. The menu leans towards the spicy and salty side, but at the same time is very fragrant and aromatic. Quite addictive really! I’ve seen viral videos of that Tom Yam deluxe noodle dish so obviously we had to get it. It was delicious, but to my surprise, my favourite dish was their Naem fried rice. It’s been about a week since our visit and I’m still licking my lips thinking about it. To top everything off, we got a surprise scoop of taro ice cream. How adorable is that? Lots of love to Speedboat. We’ll be back, and definitely before our next anniversary!”
