We sat outside on the lovely garden, enjoying the sunshine. The staff are so nice and friendly, you'd think they are getting paid a lot more than min -wage. I'm not sure if they are. Leave a tip...”

“A friend came to visit us in the UK and we decided last minute to have dinner nearby. Saw this place had good Google reviews so we gave it a try. The dining area was nice and quiet, perfect for catching up and chatting. We went for the weekday set menu (£18.50 for three courses) and honestly, every dish was way better than expected – really tasty and nicely done. For the price, it was such a great deal. Super happy with the meal and would definitely come back!”

“I used to come here every sunday night after training with the group of friends before covid and a series of lockdowns. These friends knew this pub and the landlord for many-many years. Lockdown has bloody killed this pub, unfortunatly. I was in the area and poped to this place to check ot out. I am glad that I found it open again and fully functioning under new ownership. But this once fully packed place was absolutely empty, only staff and the owner. I want and I wish this place be busy and brimming with people and life again as it once was. Wishing lots of luck to the staff and its new owner.”

“Lovely new menu. I am vegetarian with a nut allergy. The menu had lots of vegetarian choices that is nut free. Service was great, We went for lunch and it was a little quiet. But a great place for lunch to have a lovely catch with friends without being disturbed. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. There is a great lunch time menu, as well as a set menu and a full dinner menu”

The vibe is spot on: lively yet relaxed, making it just as good for a casual drink with friends as for a proper sit-down meal. The staff couldn’t be friendlier – attentive, warm, and genuinely make you feel at home. Service was excellent throughout, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. “We’re so lucky to have a lovely local Indian on our doorstep. Each time we have ordered from there our food has been 10/10. It’s so tasty, fresh and we’ve tried to order a different dish each time to savour the different dishes. I tried their mixed grill and it was out of this world. We even received some freebies as a kind gesture to say thank you for our custom. They so friendly too when you place an order and cater for all your needs. Tandoori nights is a favourite for a Saturday night takeout!”

“Always a Reliable Choice. We've been using this Chinese Takeaway for many years and never had a disappointing meal. Quick & accurate on the phone, pleasant service and food ready in about 20 minutes; Always fresh, hot and good. Portion sizes are large and prices seem fine to me. I can strongly recommend this place, call them up when passing Rayners Lane on the Met and your dinner is ready for collection as you pass the shop.”

“Very nice pub. Very good and affordable price with good food. Exceeded expectations. Nancy was amazing and was so friendly and welcoming, felt like I’d known her for years as a friend when we’d only just met that’s how lovely she was. Mike was our chef and did a good job ! “Hillingdon Food Store is a handy local shop with a good range of groceries and essentials. The store is clean, prices are fair, and it’s easy to find what you need. The girl working on the till is very nice and always polite, which makes the shopping experience even better.”

“It's a good shop although when I tried to charge up my gas card they told me that this service is no longer available, because Paypoint are dictating to the shop owner that each day he has to go to the Bank & pay the money in, Paypoint will not let them pay the money in each week. I then said what about bank transfer, he replied, then they charge you. He also said people look online in relation to where they can charge up there Gas/electric meter & because Paypoint won't remove them from website they end up traveling from where ever for nothing, fortunately there is a shop a couple of doors along where you can do the above, although he said they do not stay open as long. I experience similar problems with PayPal, eBay,. etc. Everything is a headache nowadays, the internet is a curse.”
