“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. A refreshing addition to culinary treats in the Borough keep up the good work. “A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.”

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“My recent stay at this airport hotel was a pleasant surprise. As a chain property near the airport, it offered great convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. While the facilities are somewhat dated, the hotel makes up for it with its excellent breakfast. Though the selection was simple, the food was delicious, and the server in the dining area had such a warm and welcoming attitude that it really brightened the start of my day. A solid choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay before a flight.”

“We had our twins 18th birthday party yesterday in Amrit Lounge. The food was so delicious by chefs (Mr. Sharma & Mr. Pandey) , waitress ( Aasha) was excellent and was spot on. The manager ( Mr. Sooriya ) was so helpful and he is brilliant. He managed this event so smoothly that all our guests (80) were so impressed with the food & service and the atmosphere. Highly recommended for small partys for around 70/80 people. A big "Thank you" to all the staff of Amrit Lounge for making this event a grand success.”
