Chet was super responsive to my enquiry, coming over that same evening to have a look. He gave us some great ideas and we knew straight away that we had the right guy for the job. Plus he quoted us a much fairer price than a well-known interior design company, which would not have been as bespoke either. The actual fitting proved tricky and took longer than expected because our walls are not level. Despite the extra time it took, Chet did not charge us anything more than what he initially quoted. And I had the same...such a helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable team headed by John Kong. After an initial phone chat, a 'site visit' was arranged - Steve and Mario came to my house to see the access to my first floor kitchen to work out how to bring in the new 90cm Rangemaster induction cooker and to remove and dispose of my old 90cm cooker. On the arrival day they were so efficient, removing the old cooker, connecting the new cooker all within an hour. Colin the gas engineer arrived shortly afterwards to cap off the gas from my old cooker. “This is a wonderful boutique hotel with great staff. Each room is named after, and decorated in the style of a famous person. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were amazing and put up with our late departure from the room each day. The hotel is very conveniently located with bus stops feet from the door. Our daily trips to the tourist attractions were never more than a bus ride away. Would highly recommend without any reservations on our end.”

“I was referred to the Merton Branch by a previous happy customer. I like to go with recommendations as it gives me a certain level of confidence from the start. This entire experience did not disappoint. From the moment we walked into the branch we were warmly welcomed by Dionne and Chris. They listened to our requirements and we felt valued as customers, even our children were given something to do to pass the time. Dionne absolutely nailed the design including everything we wanted with some great recommendations too. Once completed we received timely correspondence and were given all the help and information needed to finalise the transaction. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Delivery was on schedule and the additional components we needed were easy to order to finish the kitchen. We went with the SOHO range in gloss white, quartz worktop (highly recommended) and an AluSplash(back). We also got all our appliances from Benchmarx which Chris helped us to choose. The build quality gives me confidence the kitchen will last for a long time and it looks even better than the showroom! Overall it’s one of the best and easiest experiences we’ve had during our renovation project.”
