“My Škoda Yeti Amundsen SatNav was not showing the right time (or ETA for journeys) in the map display. This is a widespread problem apparently but when I brought up the issue with Škoda they were not helpful at all and redirected me to my local dealer who wanted £1700 to replace the entire instrument cluster. This lack of care from Škoda and blatant profiteering by their dealers is simply appalling! They don't give a damn about you once you've bought one of their cars and their grasping dealers just want to make as much money from you as possible. Fortunately for me, I found SatNav Systems and they repaired my unit, updated the software and map data as well as installing Apple CarPlay and a digital speedometer for a fraction of this amount. Not only do they represent remarkably good value for money, the company is run extremely professionally and Hamid (the owner) is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He took his time to explain all the new features that his team had installed and I came away a very satisfied customer. The unit was repaired and renewed in less than an hour and a half and I was served coffee and cakes in a delightful waiting room with an impeccable rest room if required. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. Five stars is not enough! If only more businesses were run like this, life would be much sweeter ...”

“Had my hair cut after not having any haircuts for over 2 years almost and I was sad to see some length go but it was for the best as split ends will continue to split up the hair shaft and cause breakage to the healthy hair. My hair hasn’t felt this thick and had this much volume in years. Before I went to this hair salon I was convinced my hair was thinning and I was losing hair when I had breaking hair that made it feel thin and weak. I couldn’t recommend how quick and amazing this service is. Would recommend to everyone as my hairdresser has been in the industry for over 20 years and knows exactly what she’s doing. “Dr Lily Furniss is a calm, confident and friendly dentist. She talked me through the whole process and I felt at ease the whole time. She was sure to check in on sensitivity to avoid discomfort and was quick to act in the areas that are usually the most uncomfortable. Dental assistant Faye was excellent too - wielding excellent control with the suction (have had so many people go wild with this so it was great she was so careful). “I ordered a bottle of dream chaser on Alcohol Ninja's web site not realising it was in London. A gentleman rang me and said he would try to get a courier for me instead of refunding my money. A lot of couriers he said did not transport alcohol. They found a courier and sent it to me. This was a present for my Daughter for Xmas. I received the bottle and I cannot thank them enough for going over and above for me. Great experience.”
