Just minutes on foot to the Lloyd Park tram station. I can not rave about this beautiful B&B, or the hosts, enough.”

“Absolute Brilliance of a food restaurant. Ive been going to Krunk for a few years and everytime i have Krunk it never disappoints. The price is cheap and the food is worth it. Staff is very nice and keeps you entertained whilst you wait for your food. The Environment of Krunk is very colourful and happy with graffiti and marvel references everywhere. Overall Krunk is a must visit and all the other reviews are just trying to bring Krunk down.”

“Went here last Thursday as heard they did a good quiz night. Had a burger and a couple of pints of Guinness zero; burger was top notch, proper gourmet stuff and we really enjoyed the quiz, we somehow won! Only downside was that it was a bit quiet, probably helped us win the quiz though. Staff were great, very friendly and welcoming.”

“Great furniture store and cafe. We had to return some furniture as we ordered the wrong item our mistake. The return process was easy you just enter a code then go to a till 40 seconds and it was all done. We then headed upstairs to try the cafe, it was breakfast time so that's what we had I tried the £2.99 vegetarian breakfast it was delicious the coffee tasted good also. For the price and quality it without a doubt its a great breakfast stop. Someone on the reviews said on their visit the cafe was dirty, on my visit I found the cafe area spotless and fresh throughout. My appreciation to the cleaning staff thanks. After that we headed through the store again I really enjoyed it I found no faults whatsoever. Disabled access is brilliant throughout. My only concern was all the staff we encountered were very unhappy and non engaging without any exceptions such a shame, perhaps its not a good place to work maybe.”

“Had a great stay at Premier Inn! Ram, our host, made the experience extra special — he surprised us with a bottle of prosecco and chocolates as we were there for a special occasion, which was such a lovely touch. His energy and friendliness really stood out and made us feel very welcome. Excellent service all around, would definitely stay again! Couldn’t recommend more❤️Get Ram a raise!!!”

“We were so impressed of the staff, the reception lady checked us in early. The breakfast is amazing, overall the foods are so fresh and delicious. Adela was so kind to assist us about collecting our car from nearby mall where we parked. The hotel has a strategic location, it’s surrounded with good restaurants. The highlight for us was definitely the reception — open 24/7 and always so friendly and helpful. “Rashmi, the Duty Manager, has consistently provided outstanding service every time I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn. This isn’t the first time she has attended to me, and each experience with her has been nothing short of excellent. The very first time I came here, the lift wasn’t working and I had very heavy luggage. I was stressed, but Rashmi handled the situation with so much patience, kindness, and calmness. She reassured me, made me feel completely at ease, and even arranged a room closer so that it wouldn’t be difficult or tiring for me. That thoughtful gesture has stayed with me. Since then, every time I’ve returned, Rashmi has always shown the same level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She remembers guests, she listens, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. People like Rashmi are the reason guests return. She is an absolute credit to the hotel, and I’m truly grateful for all her help.”

“Lovely hotel with nice and modern rooms and so convenient by being located right beside East Croydon Station. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of choices and for everyones tastes. We stayed a few days. Special thanks to Manoj who provided us with an attentive and excellent service.”

“I've had various wraps, the biryani and other dishes from the restaurant on many occasions and it's definitely the best place to get Indian take-away. I think my favourite is the lamb curry but everything is really nice! I don't often publish reviews about food but this is very good. I would highly recommend!”

“A nice hotel with the carpark at the front, there's no lift only stairs, the rooms are large and there are no bath tubs. There is an interconnecting door from Travelodge to Toby Carvey, it's located between the hotel reception and the stair case, it's easy not to notice it, I only noticed it when I was in Toby Carvey and went to the Gents toilets which is actually in Travelodge side.”

“We went for my son’s 9th birthday and everything was great. My son loved the food and he is a fussy eater! He ate the tomato pasta with garlic bread. Six people came including three adults and three children. Two children ate adult meals and all rated 5*s. I loved the atmosphere and the chef and waitress were amazing and attentive. I ate the seafood spaghetti and I enjoyed it i would say 4 out of 5. The pizza looked amazing and the calamari are definitely the two that stood out and we all took a liking to. My seat did need a shake to remove a little mess and the table had minor crumbs. Otherwise the table was ready when we arrived as I called ahead. All was put right quickly and we all very much enjoyed the meal.”

“Five out of five! Such a shame the branding looks so unappealing and the cheap looking logo/street sign make it look like an uninviting builders cafe. If they had a better branding and more premium looking street sign, I’m sure the place would attract more customers (they definitely deserve, as the service and food is truly AMAZING!).”

“Visited for the Japanese cheesecake initially and to introduce a friend to this place as they are more local than me. Loved the selection of hot/cold drinks. Sat in even shared a table with other visitors which I thought was so nice and brought back the good times where people actually converse! Carrot cake was divine it was moist and tasty. Was there so long sat to near closing time! The basement has a really nice ambience to it aswell I'd come back again.”

“We ordered Uber eats today from this place for the first time, and we were really impressed with the food quality and the size of the proportions. Together with the 2 English breakfasts we ordered 2 bacon baguettes, and because they didn't have baguettes bread, they sent it over 2 bacon buns for each one of us, which was very thoughtful and kind of them. “lovely staff and good amount of seating area. i had the cinnamon roll more than once it was very nice! not everyone can perfect the roll but it suited my preference for it well. there’s an upstairs with a lighter environment great for doing work and a downstairs area which is a bit moodier but a nice place to read books just depending on your preference.”
