“Have been coming to cafe hero for some time now and always get the best coffee be it white American (hot milk) , flat white white or mocha served by the lovely Elena and her new members of team Callista who recently has been taking my order and has met all expectations. They are very welcoming, customer friendly and hospitable but above all they serve the best coffee which will not disappoint. Look forward in seeing you both again next week…. Ps the Brazilian coffee beans were amazing, so thank you ☺️”

“Great little cafe, a nice range of food from all types of cultures, in expensive and easy to get food including eating in”
“Quiet space to congregate with likemindeds and pigeons just off the High Street unless its raining.”
“Its a great hotel. I visted back in December and I loved it! The best part though is that it is close to Harry Potter Studios!”
“Very good place offering competitively the cheapest fuel in north west london currently. Staff is good and on point. Store is well maintained”
“I have had a great experience with The Studios and the property owners, they have really good online systems for forms and to report any maintenance and the actual property is really clean! Excellent communication from the property owners and no problem so far! Recommend!”
“New cafe / restaurant on Watford high street and possibly one of my new favourites… they have a massive vegan menu and the food and service was incredible. The decor was also lovely so a 10/10 overall.”
“Really great staff!! They make a good coffee and hot chocolate, they are open 24 hours too so that is very helpful.”
“Had a fantastic experience at the Essex Arms! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the drinks were excellent, and the overall service was top tier. A special shoutout to Dennis, who was absolutely brilliant behind the bar – super helpful, friendly, and really attentive. He made sure everyone was looked after and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great local pub with amazing staff!”
“I had a really good experience at Jamaica Blue in the Harlequin. The café has a nice atmosphere — modern, comfortable, and a bit different from the usual chains, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my order was taken and prepared quickly. The coffee was excellent, rich and smooth, and the food I had was fresh and nicely presented. It’s a great spot to take a break while shopping, either to sit down properly or just grab something to go. Overall, everything felt easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. I’d happily come back.”
“Lovely atmosphere. Live DJ. And a pool table. Wished they had served food for longer on a Friday evening.”
“A good place to grab a drink and a treat either before or after your tour. The Milkshakes are amazing and the chocolate frog box cake was mind blowing! Good theming as well.”
“Very helpful staff. It's very nice tasting food. Had the bacon cheese burger and the kids fish bites. Didn't have to wait too long for food or have to wait too long between the main meal and desert. Could do with a menu for younger kids who have less appetite. The breakfast the next morning was lovely. Only downfall to the breakfast was the eggs but that can't be helped when they are in the heated trays.”
“Warm and welcoming vegetarian café in a serene setting Radharani’s Café offers a peaceful, simple dining experience with wholesome vegetarian meals and treats. The setting is calm—a perfect spot to relax after exploring the gardens or temple grounds. Staff are genuine, helpful, and serve food with care. Ideal for a light lunch or refreshing chai in between visits.”
